The CTU has demonstrated capabilities and prior experience in such work, however the CTU will second expertise as required from among its membership and partners to define national activities coordinate implementation and prime subsequent local follow-up. More specific guidelines on host country requirements would be issued under separate cover. Financial management of subventions and expenditures related to the Roadshow programme will be directly controlled on a continuous basis by the CTU’s accounting and administrative staff.
