The sponsorship format is based on two levels of sponsorship namely Anchor Sponsors and Co Sponsors.
Anchor Sponsors
The organizations which pledge financial support for entire Caribbean ICT Roadshow will be designated as Anchor sponsors. Their contributions will be used to help defray the costs of organizing and staging the Roadshow in the 20 selected Caribbean Countries. No more than ten organizations will be invited to be Anchor sponsors. The Classes of Anchor Sponsors are as follows:

A place of prominence at the ICT Symposium to be hosted by the CTU on conclusion of the Roadshow.
Co-Sponsors
The organizations which pledge financial support the ICT Roadshow in a selected country will be designated as Co‐Sponsors. Their contributions will be used to help defray the costs of organizing and staging the Roadshow the locally selected country. Their contributions may also be in kind for assistance with provision local staff; receptions, coffee and luncheon breaks, equipment and sound systems, internet access and other facilities and services. Any number of organizations may be Co‐sponsors. The Classes of Co‐Sponsors are as follows:
